About
Friends of Dark Lord Vought
We believe every federal employee deserves to know how little their continued service has influenced the compensation decision.
This is satire. We’re not affiliated with Russell Vought or the federal government.
Public evidence. Visible boundaries.
Federal Pay Parity Project publishes independent editorial analysis of federal compensation. The comparison tools identify their profiles, valuation basis, assumptions, and exclusions. Official documents support factual statements; editorial assessments remain distinguishable from the calculations.
How to check a claim
Open its source, inspect the date and scope, then follow the calculation inputs and methodology. Actual observations, announced policy, and projected compensation describe different states. A projection does not become an observed pay table because a headline uses it.
Corrections and maintenance
Material factual and calculation problems belong in the correction process. Dated changes appear in the release history. Source reviews identify the specific record checked, and original historical periods remain visible.
