Open evidence / Fixed profiles / Explicit assumptions

Follow the compensation evidence.

Start with the selected GS-15 and O-3 comparison, then inspect the historical explorer, formulas, and original data. The valuation basis matters: recurring cash, tax-equivalent value, and selected deductions answer different questions.

The same profiles. Three ways to compare.

Rest of U.S. GS-15 step 1 and an O-3 over six years at Hill AFB, with dependents. These are fixed compensation profiles; their duties and service obligations differ.

Annual comparison values in dollars. F indicates a 2027 projection.
