This release builds on the September production edition. It improves navigation, reading, comparison sharing, and evidence access.
What changed
- Descriptive search titles and a homepage with three clear research paths.
- A searchable library linking every canonical research page.
- Shareable year and valuation-basis settings, with CSV export for the selected comparison.
- A lightweight evidence page with a static comparison table and an on-demand historical explorer.
- Optimized article images, a single shared stylesheet, keyboard focus states, and mobile reflow.
- Fresh verification of the August 26 presidential pay plan and OPM guidance; the CPI source record now covers August 2026.
Calculation continuity
The comparison model, historical series, Excel workbook, evidence brief, and leadership packet are preserved from the prior production deployment. Presentation changes do not recalculate the original downloads. The comparison continues to identify its fixed profiles, valuation basis, exclusions, and 2027 projections.

Pay-plan source review: 13 October 2026. Latest CPI source used: August 2026, published September 11. A reviewed date indicates the stated record was checked; it does not make an old release a new source.
