PUBLIC ACQDEMO FRAMEWORK
Position value and workforce priorities.
AcqDemo links compensation to position duties and value, individual contribution, and organizational impact. The public question is whether the resulting incentives produce the intended talent movement and capacity.
What the public framework establishes
AcqDemo compensation policy recognizes the duties and value of a position, individual contribution, target pay, and available differentials within statutory and broadband limits.
Position value is an explicit compensation concept.
It does not prove that a specific organization assigned values poorly or caused attrition.
What this site does not claim
- That VOP is inherently illegitimate
- That every implementation is identical
- That a particular organization assigned values incorrectly
- That leaders intended to demoralize employees
- That a specific VOP caused a resignation or recruiting failure
Evaluating the intended outcomes.
A position value is not merely descriptive when it affects compensation opportunity. It can influence where employees apply, whether they move, which roles remain vacant, and whether undesirable responsibilities are economically rational.
- Qualified applicants by VOP
- Acceptance and decline reasons
- Movement by old and new VOP
- Vacancies and fill time
- Salary position relative to VOP
- Contribution outcomes
- Regrettable attrition
- Response to differentials
- Exceptions and waivers
The reviewed public sources do not answer the behavioral outcome question.
It does not prove the outcomes are not measured internally.
